📋 Description

• Import client leads via CSV files, configure custom fields, and set up sales/pipeline tracking within GoHighLevel • Design, build, test, and document automated SMS reactivation campaigns, workflows, and response-based branching logic • Manage A2P registration processes, consent tracking, Do-Not-Disturb status, and opt-out requests • Implement Conversation AI settings and establish automated-to-human conversation handover protocols • Integrate calendars and set up automated appointment-booking workflows • Build performance reporting dashboards to track recovered revenue • Create reusable GoHighLevel snapshots for scalable deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Must have hands-on, practical experience building and managing backend setups in GoHighLevel (GHL) • Demonstrated ability to set up pipelines, configure custom fields, and perform clean CSV lead imports • Hands-on experience creating SMS campaigns, automated workflows, and complex response-based branching logic • Technical familiarity with A2P registration, consent tracking, DND (Do-Not-Disturb) protocols, and opt-out handling • Experience configuring Conversation AI, managing automated-to-human handovers, and setting up calendar/appointment-booking integrations • Ability to build performance reporting dashboards for tracking recovered revenue and reusable GHL snapshots • Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL) • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service with at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service with at least 10 Mbps • Must be available for the stated 20-hour-per-week schedule
