📋 Description

• Support the talent acquisition team with the end-to-end recruitment process • Coordinate high-volume recruitment activities across multiple vacancies • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates • Schedule interviews • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms • Manage candidate communications • Use the Applicant Tracking System to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other channels • Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide updates • Support recruitment for administrative and professional positions • Complete client matching and onboarding-related processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support, or HR administration • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment • Hands-on experience screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications • Proficient in using an ATS and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn • Strong written and spoken English • Excellent attention to detail • Good stakeholder management and organisational skills • Self-provided equipment • Computer with 8GB RAM, 512GB HDD/SSD, and Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newest) processor • Windows 11 Home or Pro • Power backup such as a power station, powerbank, or UPS • Secondary/external monitor • Noise-cancelling headset and webcam • Internet bandwidth of 40–50 Mbps minimum for both downloads and uploads • BIR tax registration/contributions as required for contractors • NBI or Police Clearance • Government-issued ID • Ability to work 7AM–4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday • English proficiency test • Personality test • 1–2 minute self-introduction video • Dual-monitor setup and suitable work-from-home location • Required compliance with Wingman IT, cybersecurity, system monitoring, and productivity requirements • References from a former employer or supervisor
