• Conduct outbound sales and marketing calls to local businesses • Introduce the dental practice and medspa services to prospective referral partners • Confidently represent the practice and communicate the value of its services • Build rapport and establish professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers • Schedule face-to-face meetings between the practice owner and local businesses • Generate referral opportunities for both the dental practice and medspa • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective referral partners • Track outreach activities and appointment outcomes • Research and contact businesses located within a 5–6 mile radius of the practice • Maintain an organized prospect pipeline • Provide regular updates on outreach progress and scheduled meetings • Support practice growth through consistent prospecting efforts
• Previous outbound sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience is required • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred • Dental industry experience is highly preferred • Medspa or aesthetics industry experience is a plus • Previous virtual assistant experience is preferred • Excellent outbound sales and prospecting skills • Strong cold-calling confidence • Appointment setting experience • Ability to build rapport and develop business relationships • Strong objection-handling and communication skills • Professional and persuasive phone presence • Organized and goal-oriented • Self-motivated and proactive • Ability to learn new products and services quickly
