📋 Description

• Enter, update, organize, and maintain software application and version information in the workflow management system • Follow step-by-step test scripts to verify software features and workflows • Record test results accurately and provide screenshots of errors or unexpected behavior • Report software issues with clear descriptions and reproduction steps • Research roofing shingles and other building-material products online • Collect, verify, and organize product details for a comprehensive materials catalog • Review entered information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy • Communicate regularly with the team about progress, questions, findings, and blockers • Complete assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in technical data management, database administration, product catalog development, CRM data operations, or manual software testing • Familiarity with bug-tracking, task management, or project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable • Experience working with CRM or workflow management systems • General confidence navigating websites, applications, and software platforms • Basic knowledge of automated software testing • Experience in roofing, construction, contracting, or building-material research is highly preferred • Proficiency in speaking and writing English very clearly • Relevant work experience • Ability to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding (mandatory) • Availability for video meetings with camera on when needed • Reliable laptop or desktop computer • High-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps • Noise-canceling headset • Webcam for virtual meetings • Quiet, professional workspace
