📋 Description

• Manage the full dental billing cycle from start to finish • Perform insurance eligibility verification • Handle insurance billing and claim submissions • Follow up on insurance claims and appeals • Manage insurance aging and resolution • Prepare accounts receivable (AR) management and aging reports • Provide patient balance reporting • Ensure clean claims and timely reimbursements • Collect copay and follow up on overdue balances • Discuss financial responsibilities confidently with patients • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records • Schedule appointments for overdue hygiene patients • Reactivate patients and conduct follow-up calls • Coordinate and confirm appointments • Answer calls and manage communication via Weave • Perform virtual receptionist duties • Manage patient records and administrative workflows • Support daily front office operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong dental billing experience (full-cycle) • Hands-on experience with Dentrix (required) • Experience with: Insurance verification, Claims submission and appeals, & AR management and insurance follow-ups • Confident in discussing payments and balances with patients • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven • Dental industry experience is required • Strong understanding of dental billing, coding, and insurance workflows • Experience handling AR, aging reports, and collections • Previous remote/VA experience is a plus • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly • Must have relevant work experience
