📋 Description

• Build and grow strong customer and distributor relationships. • Manage global and European accounts within your territory. • Identify new sales opportunities and expand into new markets. • Negotiate local contracts and agreements. • Provide technical support to customers and distributors. • Track competitor activity, update CRM, and report on sales opportunities. • Develop and implement sales and marketing programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering (or equivalent experience). • Several years commercial experience in B2B consumables. • Strong background in Metalworking Fluids or Industrial Lubricants. • Native German with fluent English. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
