• End-to-end sales: From the initial outbound contact through product presentations to contract closing — you own the entire sales process independently • Outbound focus: You research, identify and proactively contact medical care centers (MVZ), practice networks and larger individual practices via digital channels • Solution selling: You understand practice team workflows, develop tailored solutions, and communicate the value to decision-makers • Pipeline & CRM: You manage your pipeline independently in Pipedrive, keep deal stages up to date, and ensure a clean data foundation • Events & conferences: You represent PraxisConcierge at medical congresses and actively develop new contacts there
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with demonstrable outbound experience • Experience in healthcare or healthtech — you understand decision-making structures in practices, MVZs (medical care centers) or hospitals • Strong outbound skills: Cold calling and LinkedIn social selling are familiar to you • Business-fluent German (C2) • Experience with automation in CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar)
