📋 Description

• Analyze title insurance risks and underwriting issues • Provide underwriting solutions and ensure compliance with laws • Handle residential and commercial transactions underwriting • Present training seminars for title agents and production staff • Develop CE & CLE courses for title and attorney agents in NC, SC, and GA • Provide outstanding customer service while making sound underwriting decisions • Handle a high volume of underwriting inquiries • Identify new business opportunities and help increase wallet share • Travel with sales staff for agent visits throughout the states • Work well in a remote team environment

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree • At least 3 years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Georgia real property law and title insurance • Must be a member in good standing with the NC Bar • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
