📋 Description
• Supervise operations of a centralized function that provides HR services • Maintain supervisory responsibility along a single service line • Evaluate and anticipate work volume and assign/distribute work • Serve as an escalation point for difficult cases and service complaints • Coach, train and motivate staff to maximize potential and performance • Interpret and communicate direction and goals for department • Set achievable goals linked to the objectives of the organization • Adhere to internal and external laws/regulations as related to Employee Records Administration • Assist with internal and external audit procedures and protocols • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the cross-functional processes within the HR organization • Oversee and direct the people services team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience • 5 years of related work experience • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) (preferred) • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) (preferred)
