• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Core Products and Expert Solutions within assigned market. • Engage with clients to understand their needs and align them with the organization's offerings. • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Negotiate product/service terms with moderate authority. • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales metrics. • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. • Manage customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and issues. • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports. • Participate in developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years of account management, sales, and relationship management experience, preferably selling into large hospital/health systems. • Software sales experience
