📋 Description

• Provide customer sales qualification by fielding inbound telephone, web and email activity • Outreach and campaign follow-up to new customers and existing customers • Cross-sell/upsell of new solutions to existing CT subscription customers • Support CT subscription renewal motion • Vetting, qualifying and prospecting new customers for sales • Learn and stay informed on the CT suite product line • Update the sales CRM database (salesforce.com) • Manage and maintain the prospector inbound web form queue in Saleforce.com
