📋 Description

• Regularly monitor for new booking requests • Claim jobs in the VMS and manage them from start to finish • Track each request's status in the VMS and update it when a worker accepts or withdraws • Manage bookings by successfully filling positions or releasing jobs when a worker does not fill the position • Work with the operations team to build and refine VMS operations processes • Become a functional expert and understand processes end to end • Execute daily processes accurately and quickly • Ensure reliable execution of daily processes by consistently following operational procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following established processes • Willingness to help build new processes and roll up your sleeves to move quickly • Ability to quickly pick up new processes and become a subject matter expert • Experience in an operational or administrative role responsible for accurate and timely execution of tasks • Management experience preferred as the role will evolve into a managerial role over time
