📋 Description

Then join us to build the next line of business at Woodmark. • As a Consultant (m/f/d) in Amazon Connect & CX Platforms, you will work at the intersection of customer service, cloud technology, and data. • Together with our team, you will develop modern, cloud-native customer service solutions and make customer interactions truly usable for the first time. • This is not just about contact centers, but about how every customer interaction can generate valuable data and better decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or comparable contact center technologies • Good knowledge of AWS (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch) • Experience with APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks, event-driven) • Basic understanding of cloud-native architectures • Experience handling omnichannel communication (voice, chat, etc.) • Understanding of data flows and system integration • Interest in combining technology, data, and customer service • Ability to analyze complex requirements in a structured way • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in implementing practical solutions • Enjoy working with clients and interdisciplinary teams • Motivation to actively help build and advance a new topic • Fluent German (C1), spoken and written.
