📋 Description

• We will onboard you and introduce our workflows so you are involved from day one, not just observing. • Networking: You will perform active relationship management with existing client companies to anticipate future needs, generate up-to-date market insights, and optimize customer accounts. • Professional development: Together with colleagues from Sales and HR, you will be trained into a fully rounded Customer Success Manager and develop a pathway toward a potential permanent position with us. • When you are ready, you can launch your own CSM career. • Ownership: Initiate your own projects and contribute across other areas. We welcome innovative ideas that move us forward together—pick topics you’re excited about and help introduce new ideas and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a currently enrolled university student (m/f/d). • Field of study: It doesn’t matter — what counts is that you are communicative, empathetic, and have the right drive. • You have gained initial work experience as a working student or student assistant. • You are technically inclined and adapt quickly to new systems. • You work independently, in a structured way, and proactively. • Very good German skills (written and spoken) and good English skills. • Team player with a customer-oriented mindset, initiative, reliability, and creativity.
