📋 Description

• Maintenance and further development of client environments (Windows 11, iOS devices) • Software distribution and, ideally, packaging using Empirum & Intune • Technical responsibility for Intune (device management, policies, apps) • Administration and expansion of the Matrix42 platform, including Empirum • 2nd-level support with a focus on sustainable root-cause analysis rather than symptom treatment • Project-related travel (2–3 times per year) to national and European sites • Automation and scripting with PowerShell (optional but welcome)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification • Solid experience in client management and end-user support • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune, especially in policies and device management • Initial experience with Matrix42 is sufficient — targeted onboarding possible • Knowledge of PowerShell and Azure AD is a plus • Solution-oriented, structured working style with an eye for the essentials • Strong communicator, hands-on, and a team player • ITIL knowledge (ideally ITIL 4 Foundation)
