📋 Description

• Responsible for the smooth operation and further development of the server infrastructure (Windows & Linux) • Installation, configuration, updates and patching of server services • Ensuring system availability and IT security • Performing backups and data restorations • Troubleshooting, performance optimization and documentation • Close collaboration with DevOps and cloud teams and active participation in IT projects • Development of leadership and management skills with the aim of eventually taking on the IT Infrastructure Team Lead role

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in server administration with a focus on Windows and Linux • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V • Experience in network administration and IT security • Analytical and self-reliant working style as well as ability to work in a team • Strong interest in professional development and leadership • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
