• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. • Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with business goals. • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. • Create and manage audience targeting strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences. • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures. • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices. • Troubleshoot ad account issues, disapprovals, policy violations, and performance challenges. • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives. • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Proven experience managing successful Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. • Demonstrated success in achieving strong ROAS, lowering CPA, generating qualified leads, and increasing revenue. • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and campaign tracking. • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, sales funnels, and conversion rate optimization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions. • Experience managing and scaling advertising budgets. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or direct-response marketing (preferred). • Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM integrations, attribution tools, and marketing automation platforms (preferred).
