📋 Description

• Support global sourcing strategies across indirect and SG&A and IT categories, including Information Technology (hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, IT services). • Execute sourcing initiatives at global, regional, and local levels, balancing global leverage with regional flexibility. • Analyze spend data across SG&A and IT categories to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx development, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations in alignment with category strategies. • Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including negotiation support and commercial term alignment. • Serve as a trusted procurement partner to global and regional stakeholders. • Drive adoption of procurement policies, tools, and best practices across regions.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with indirect and SG&A categories and IT spend categories. • Experience supporting or leading RFx events and analyzing supplier proposals. • Strong understanding and knowledge of IT sourcing models (SaaS, cloud, managed services, software licensing) is a must. • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel required. • Solid understanding of indirect and SG&A sourcing models (services, subscriptions, project-based spend). • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization. • Strong interpersonal and communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones. • Working knowledge of contract structures, supplier governance, and risk management. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Curious and continuous learner, particularly regarding IT markets and emerging technologies.
