âą Provide responsive and professional customer service through various communication channels âą Coordinate and manage dispatch activities, ensuring technicians are assigned and scheduled efficiently âą Support daily administrative functions within the MSP environment, maintaining accuracy in documentation and records âą Use tools such as ConnectWise, Microsoft applications, and 3CX phones to manage workflows and client communications âą Monitor incoming tickets and service requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper task delegation âą Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and enhance service delivery âą Assist with reporting, tracking KPIs, and organizing client or internal communications when required
âą Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support, ideally within an IT or Managed Services environment âą Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through âą Familiarity with ticketing systems or IT service tools âą Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a remote, collaborative setting âą Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in IT systems and continuous learning âą Previous work in an MSP, IT support, or technology-focused administrative role preferred âą Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools âą Experience with ConnectWise and 3CX is an asset âą Excellent written and verbal English communication skills âą A proactive and personable attitude, with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
