• This is a remote position. • We are looking for an experienced Client-Facing 360 Recruiter to join a specialized staffing firm focused on Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Administrative roles. • This firm is known for its people-first approach and high-touch recruitment process, with a strong reputation for building deep client relationships and making quality talent matches.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for finance, accounting, HR, and administrative positions. • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, present candidates, and negotiate offers. • Build and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive experience. • Conduct market research on industry trends, salaries, and competitor activity. • Meet recruitment KPIs while ensuring cultural fit and quality hires. • 2+ years as a 360 Recruiter (agency or RPO experience preferred). • Proven success in G&A recruitment (finance, accounting, HR, or admin). • Strong client-facing skills —able to present candidates and manage expectations. • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). • Experience with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn).
