📋 Description

• Own company-wide planning, goal-setting, and the review rhythm • Design organisational structure, roles, and processes for multi-market growth • Identify and implement AI agents, workflow automation, and better tooling across People, Finance, Legal, IT, GTM, and leadership operations • Unblock work spanning Engineering, Product, GTM, and Communications and improve cross-functional hand-offs • Own internal systems, data, reporting, and automation used by leadership • Transform recurring manual workflows into scalable, AI-enabled processes • Partner with HR on hiring plans, organisational design, performance, and culture during growth • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning alongside Finance • Maintain Noxtua's ISO, BSI C5, and TISAX certifications in an audit-ready state • Prepare operating reports for the CEO, board, and Series B investors • Serve as the CEO's operating counterpart, turning intent into execution

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience • At least 5 years in a COO, VP Operations, or equivalent senior operating role at a high-growth B2B software or SaaS company • Strong practical experience using AI and AI-driven automation to redesign business processes, reduce manual work, improve decision quality, and create scalable operating leverage across functions • Experience taking a company through a scaling phase, ideally in the 100–500 employee range • Track record of owning cross-functional functions, including some combination of People, Finance operations, Business Operations, IT, Legal operations, or PMO • Process-driven and systems-oriented approach, including end-to-end workflow mapping, ownership and metrics definition, complexity reduction, and automation-first ways of working • Comfortable in regulated, certification-heavy environments, including ISO 27001, C5, TISAX, or equivalent • Strong commercial and financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and board-level reporting • Experience operating across multiple European markets and cultures • Builder mindset and comfort being hands-on • Full professional proficiency in English required • German is a strong plus
