📋 Description

• Strategic management and development of a defined client portfolio across multiple service areas • Proactively identifying growth potential as well as cross- and upselling opportunities • Taking independent responsibility for pitches, proposal processes and tenders • Ensuring high client satisfaction through regular reviews, transparent communication and solution-oriented work • Close collaboration with internal specialist teams to implement integrated strategies • Preparing and presenting reports and decision documents for clients and stakeholders • Contract and terms negotiations: contributing to proposals, pricing strategies and contract conclusions • Relationship management at decision-maker level: building and maintaining long-term partnerships with C-level and budget owners • Representing MAIxpose360 at events, client meetings and industry conferences

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of experience in the digital space (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting) and understand the mechanisms of the digital market • Strong rhetorical skills, excellent communication and a confident presence — whether on the phone, in presentations or in face-to-face meetings • You have a good sense for business perspectives and strategic consulting without diving into day-to-day operations • You have an eye for compelling presentations and design • Ideally, you are familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and common sales methodologies • You speak fluent German (C2) in spoken and written form; good English is an advantage • A self-directed, reliable and goal-oriented working style comes naturally to you • You enjoy direct customer contact and shaping relationships sustainably • You are open to hybrid work and willing to work at least 2 days per week at one of our locations (Augsburg, Hamburg, Berlin)
