• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 sales representatives across the Western U.S. • Drive team performance against revenue goals, pipeline expectations, KPI targets, and strategic priorities • Establish strong sales cadence through one-on-ones, funnel reviews, forecast reviews, and team performance discussions • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent • Lead regional sales strategy and territory planning to grow rental revenue • Expand business for Godwin pumps, bypass systems, and dewatering solutions • Guide account prioritization, market expansion, and execution across key target segments • Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, partners, and key decision-makers • Partner with operations, service, marketing, finance, and other internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience and successful rental execution • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline through tools such as Salesforce • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales plans and improve performance • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and application needs in target markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • 5+ years of sales experience • 2+ years of experience leading sales teams • Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Experience developing and executing regional or territory sales plans • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, performance metrics, and sales cadence • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively in a field-based environment
