• Manage and develop a client portfolio. • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales. • Maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients. • Monitor market trends and competitors, proposing actions to improve competitiveness. • Participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences. • Report results and activities to management/directors.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in health-related fields (Biology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or related areas) — knowledge of BIOMOL. • Experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostics sector — desirable. • Intermediate English. • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship management. • Proactivity and ability to work independently. • Availability to travel — 60% of the time — Southeast and Central-West regions.
