📋 Description

• Responsible for a defined maintenance and project budget • Planning, supervision and optimization of rotating machinery, especially reciprocating compressors, centrifugal compressors and steam turbines up to 20 MW • Daily monitoring of plant condition using machine diagnostic systems and vibration analysis • Analysis of malfunctions and development and implementation of sustainable corrective measures • Project management for capital investment projects as well as turnaround and overhaul activities on rotating machinery, including spare parts management • Performing and reviewing technical calculations for turbines and compressors • Reviewing technical drawings and relevant documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering, ideally with a focus on Thermodynamics • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the engineering environment of a chemical or process industry operation • Solid experience with rotating machinery • Knowledge of condition monitoring systems (e.g., Bently Nevada or Prognost) • Experience with control and automation systems for rotating machinery • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and an independent, committed working style • Fluent German and English
