• Lead student recruitment strategies for courses and programs; • Plan and oversee outreach and promotional campaigns; • Analyze performance reports and propose continuous improvements across the entire recruitment funnel; • Prepare financial feasibility studies, business models and commercial proposals; • Negotiate contracts and agreements for internships, continuing medical education and corporate services; • Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, health plan operators and private companies; • Structure feasibility studies and technical and commercial proposals for public agencies; • Identify opportunities and coordinate projects with health departments and public universities; • Support bidding processes, agreements and government programs; • Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance; • Coordinate integration between academic, financial, commercial and administrative areas; • Lead, develop and inspire teams of analysts and assistants; • Foster collaboration among faculty, technical staff and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Healthcare Management or related fields; • Postgraduate degree in a related area; • 4–6 years of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare, education or business; • Experience managing complex partnerships, agreements and negotiations; • Proven experience in B2C, B2B and/or B2G operations; • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams; • Financial modeling, business planning and feasibility analysis; • Stakeholder relationship management with internal and external stakeholders; • Management of educational or healthcare operations; • Inspirational leadership skills, autonomy and the ability to make independent decisions.
