📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of customer-facing, SEO-optimized, high-performance pages • Set technical direction and standards for the team • Mentor and guide junior engineers • Support desktop and mobile experiences using responsive design • Architect, implement, and continuously improve backend services and APIs • Address scalability and reliability concerns • Integrate frontend components with backend systems and third-party APIs • Provide infrastructure and APIs supporting AI/ML features • Write and optimize complex SQL queries • Contribute to data modeling and database performance tuning • Identify and resolve critical technical issues • Contribute to architectural discussions and mentor team members

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript frontend development • Next.js experience preferred • Solid backend development skills • Deep proficiency in a server-side framework, preferably Ruby on Rails, or Django, Laravel, Express, etc. • Experience collaborating with backend/service teams and integrating with existing APIs • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders • All spoken and written communication for this role will be conducted in English
