📋 Description
• Define and drive a compelling multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Yelp Assistant • Lead large, cross-functional teams by partnering closely with engineers, designers, machine learning researchers, business and marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders • Translate ambiguous user needs and emerging AI trends into clearly prioritized product bets • Develop and iterate on zero-to-one features • Shape and evolve new paradigms for how chat and search blend together • Partner with engineering and ML teams to build scalable architecture • Serve as the internal and external thought leader for Yelp Assistant.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping 0-to-1 products at scale on consumer-facing platforms • Deep strategic thinking: the ability to shape a bold, differentiated vision and align cross-functional teams and senior executives behind it • Exceptional execution in ambiguous, high-stakes environments • Strong passion for user experience, grounded in analytical rigor • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Comfort operating in the AI/ML product development lifecycle • High standards for trust, accuracy, and completeness in user-facing AI. • Adaptable, learning-oriented mindset with a genuine bias for action • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
