📋 Description

• Update published articles on instruction, at scale across the site • Make changes as directed by the client and flag anything that looks like a material change for sign-off • Operate the weekly social calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok • Build carousels from client-provided copy using approved Canva templates • Edit talking-head footage and B-roll into finished, on-brand reels using video editing tools • Load and schedule every post as a draft in Metricool and quality-check each one before sign-off • Build and enrich targeted journalist and media lists • Manage campaign tracking and reporting using established processes • Manage webinar administration, including invitations and speaker coordination • Provide marketing and sales administrative support as priorities evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in marketing and sales administration is required • Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail • Short-form video editing for social using CapCut, Edits or equivalent • Strong visual eye: matching imagery to a brief and making content look good on the feed • Confident in Canva, working from templates • Experience editing website content, ideally in WordPress • Comfortable using AI tools in daily work (e.g., Claude) and following and improving defined workflows • Organised and self-managing: able to run a weekly schedule and juggle competing priorities without being chased • Comfortable with ambiguity and a small-team pace, happy to use initiative and roll with change
