• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the Technology, Cloud, and Digital Services sectors. • Own the commercial relationship with existing customers, serving as the primary point of contact for renewals and account growth. • Drive customer retention by leading the end-to-end renewal process and ensuring long-term client success. • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by expanding adoption of YipitData's products across existing accounts. • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders, budget owners, and key decision-makers to understand evolving business priorities. • Uncover new buying centers and expand YipitData's footprint within enterprise customers. • Partner closely with Client Strategy, Solutions, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize product value. • Build trusted advisor relationships by helping clients answer critical business questions using YipitData's data and insights. • Develop strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities, mitigate renewal risks, and increase customer lifetime value. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while managing account activity in the CRM. • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market feedback and client insights with internal stakeholders to influence product and go-to-market strategy. • Consistently achieve or exceed renewal, expansion, and revenue growth targets.
• You have at least 4+ years of experience in subscription and/or data sales to large Enterprise software, cloud, AI, and technology companies • You have experience managing the holistic life cycle of a client relationship from onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewal, and upsells • You have experience selling into large enterprises, negotiating contracts with sophisticated procurement teams, and liaising with senior executives across several business functions such as strategy, sales, marketing, and data/insights. • You have experience managing a book of business and or selling a new complex product or service. • You have a track record of not only meeting but exceeding sales goals. This is a quota carrying position. • You are a team player and are motivated by the company’s success, not just your own • You are excited about the integration of data into strategic decision-making • With a high EQ, you are sensitive to clients’ needs and quickly develop client relationships • You are resourceful, resilient, and have strong oral and written communication - including great questioning - skills • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to help build a newer business from the ground up • You love solving ambiguous problems and are willing to persevere through the highs and lows of creating something new
