• 6+ years of recruiting experience • meaningful agency experience • demonstrated success hiring senior-level talent • experience leading complex Director/VP searches • comfortable influencing senior stakeholders • experience in-house at high-growth or startup environments preferred • proactive, consultative recruiter • comfortable pushing back on hiring managers • metrics-oriented and process-minded
