📋 Description

• Analyze requirements from regulations, standards, and customers, derive cybersecurity requirements, and ensure fulfillment through traceability • Participate in defining and aligning the underlying cybersecurity requirements concept with affected teams • Roll out cybersecurity processes and activities through training and close cooperation with developers • Support compliance with relevant regulations and standards • Specify, review, analyze, and trace cybersecurity requirements • Support creation, alignment, and practical implementation of a unified, holistic cybersecurity requirements engineering concept • Collaborate with and train various departments to enable cybersecurity requirements engineering • Drive organizational rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities • Fulfill requirements from relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, and CRA • Train the organization on requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in OT or product security • Experience performing cybersecurity requirements engineering in OT or product security • Experience using requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS • Experience defining, rolling out, and training processes in an enterprise organization • Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and standards including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, and ISO27001 • Proficient in German and English • High initiative and communication abilities • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, iterative planning, and backlog management • Ability to drive topics continuously and sustainably • Willingness to address new issues and develop effective solutions
