📋 Description

• Leverage advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools. • Screen and evaluate resumes against project-specific requirements. • Facilitate structured interviews and provide actionable insights to improve selection outcomes. • Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation. • Engage prospective contributors using persuasive communication and consultative selling skills. • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends. • Document and communicate findings through written reports and verbal presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment. • Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and understanding dynamic job markets. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity. • Strong consultative and sales-oriented mindset for engaging with professionals. • Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently. • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights. • Prior exposure to AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.
