• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in line with company goals • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, institutional clients, and partners • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, particularly in the Middle East and global markets • Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support client success • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by the management team; and any other duties relevant to the role
• Proven track record of closing deals in B2B business development or sales within the Fintech or financial industry — 3+ years • Experience working with liquidity providers, bridge providers, risk management tools, or CRMs for brokers • Strong network of brokers and institutional clients in the Middle East and/or global markets • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
