📋 Description

• Build automations, AI systems, and lightweight internal products • Automate repetitive SEO and growth workflows, including monitoring, reporting, QA, audits, prioritization, content operations, and internal processes • Build on the existing infrastructure and internal tooling stack • Use AI coding tools to prototype, refactor, test, and document faster • Design AI-powered workflows and agents for research, analysis, prioritization, and execution support • Build production-minded solutions with structured outputs, evaluation, quality controls, observability, security, and reliability • Build robust data pipelines to collect, normalize, validate, enrich, and surface information • Turn tribal knowledge into intelligent systems with clear logic, instructions, and iteration loops • Improve and standardize technical SEO and operational processes • Develop systems that increase strategist leverage and reduce manual work • Build internal products that improve client delivery quality and scalability • Support technical SEO initiatives across enterprise and high-growth B2B clients • Transform complex organic growth challenges into repeatable systems • Identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption • Experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks • Continuously improve internal workflows and service delivery • Deliver measurable efficiency and quality improvements across organic growth operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical SEO understanding and experience working with real websites • Systems thinking, with a focus on processes, automation, and scale • Hands-on engineering capability with APIs, webhooks, data formats, scripting, or workflow automation • Experience with Python and/or JavaScript • Ability to build workflows, automations, or internal tools • AI-first working style and active use of AI tools • High ownership and strong problem-solving skills • Pragmatic mindset focused on business impact rather than technical perfection • Experience with LLM applications, RAG systems, or AI agents (nice to have) • Experience with n8n, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks (nice to have) • Experience with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure (nice to have) • Experience building internal products or operational systems (nice to have) • Agency experience across multiple clients (nice to have) • Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content systems (nice to have) • CV and, ideally, examples of automations, AI systems, internal tools, or technical projects built
