⢠7+ years' experience in multi-unit operations, franchise management, or business performance roles ⢠Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to influence P&L outcomes ⢠Proven ability to influence franchisees and stakeholders without direct authority, adapting style to different situations ⢠Experience navigating complex, multi-market or matrix environments ⢠Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, financial modeling) and strong ability to translate insights into action ⢠Highly analytical, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
