• Deploy, test, and optimize NLP models and data pipelines in US Government client environments • Participate in the delivery, evaluation, and maintenance of enterprise products • Communicate with client and partner technical teams to maximize algorithmic impact • Collaborate with Applied ML Engineers and others in the product team to address user requirements • Support production systems, handling debugging challenges in distributed systems • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, NLP, and related technologies
• Active US Department of Defense or Intelligence SECRET clearance, willingness to obtain TS/SCI • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in ML Engineering/MLOps • Strong coding skills with a passion for creating high-quality software • Experience with containerizing algorithms using Docker and deploying into production Kubernetes environments • Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP techniques, resources, and methodologies • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, end users, and teams • Ability to own ML delivery tasks end-to-end • Experience with iterative development processes • Growth mindset with the ability to pick up new languages and technologies as required
