• Contributes to the achievement of annual revenue and profit targets by supporting the implementation of branding and promotional strategies • Builds and maintains customer relationships to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention • Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company standard products, services, and solutions • Consults customers and attends to their needs, queries, and complaints; records and manages direct customer feedback • Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting specific customer problems • Continuously monitors market trends and small intensity of sales negotiations.
• University education (bachelor's degree) or equivalent professional experience • 1-2 years of professional experience • Proven experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment, ideally within Rx sales, optical industry, medical devices, or retail operations • Educational background or professional experience in the optical industry (e.g., opticianry or related fields) is highly desirable • Strong sales focus with the ability to move key opportunities through the sales cycle • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment • Demonstrated experience in creating plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals • Effective consultative, conceptual and negotiation skills • Must have a valid driver’s license • Proficient with standard MS Office applications and company technology devices (Laptop, iPad, iPhone, etc.) for territory management and product orders • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
