• Identify and qualify leads for opportunities to drive territory growth. • Explore new and creative ways of reaching our customers and increasing business. • Contact declining accounts and re-engage to re-establish lost business. • Create strategic approaches to generate interest in meeting with a field Sales Representative. • Support Open Territories remotely, to meet and exceed sales growth. • Documenting interactions with customers within Salesforce. • Support Marketing and Sales growth initiatives nationwide. • Track and report progress of prospective and new accounts to Marketing and Sales management. • Be part of key initiatives and projects throughout the year. • Establish working relationship with local territory sales team to increase business. • Perform additional tasks as required. • Follow safety standards and report any safety concerns to leadership.
• Prefer bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support. • Knowledge of Optical products or experience in optical dispensing. • Optical industry experience preferred. • Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus. • Specific familiarity with ECP & accounts a strong plus. • Excellent phone presence and ability to speak and communicate ideas clearly. • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills required. • Customer service experience. • Experience with a multi-national brand, global company preferred.
