📋 Description

• Ensure technical visits are conducted with users of products marketed by ZEN • Administer the standard questionnaire developed by management, collecting key information deemed relevant by the company • Report the key information gathered during visits to the sales team by preparing written reports, including images and photos when applicable • Deliver commercial and technical presentations to product users, counter staff, and salespeople at customer locations • Ensure the effectiveness of commercial initiatives with distributors • Contribute to continuous revenue growth by providing market information to support the ongoing expansion of existing product lines and the pursuit of new product lines • Identify and report new prospects for customer acquisition, with the goal of continuously increasing revenue and market share • Identify new business opportunities in the market and opportunities to increase sales of existing products • Research products and/or information according to departmental needs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sales, Foreign Trade, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Category B driver’s license • Availability to travel two weeks per month • Two years of experience in the role is preferred • Technical knowledge of automotive repair is an advantage
