• Prospecting New Customers • Identify and qualify leads through multiple channels such as inbound marketing, events, social media (LinkedIn), direct outreach, and prospecting tools. • Map potential customers within the target market, segmenting by company profile, needs, and purchase potential. • Complex Sales Management • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closing, handling negotiations with multiple stakeholders (decision-makers). • Develop tailored commercial proposals that demonstrate the value of the SaaS solution and its benefits for the customer. • Conduct online and in-person software demonstrations, adapting presentations to each customer’s needs. • Contract Negotiation and Closing • Negotiate contract terms, including pricing, timelines, and payment conditions, aiming for the best outcome for both parties. • Meet individual sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth. • Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact and providing support during onboarding. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand solution adoption. • Market Monitoring • Stay up to date on SaaS market trends, new technologies, and sales tools. • Analyze competitors to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop more effective sales strategies. • Reporting and Analysis • Use the CRM to log all sales activities, track opportunity progress, and generate performance reports.
• Must reside anywhere in Brazil (in accordance with CLT regulations) • Proven commercial experience focused on software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales and managing complex sales processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex solutions clearly and concisely. • Strong ability to conduct complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders, seeking win-win solutions. • Ability to understand customer needs and propose customized solutions that deliver business value. • Skilled at managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. • Able to handle objections and overcome challenges in a competitive sales environment. • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.), videoconferencing platforms, and prospecting tools.
