📋 Description

• Own the quality assurance process before and after campaign launches across social platforms • Assist with campaign activation and setup across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other social platforms • Escalate day-to-day tasks and issues to Social Solutions Managers • Support campaign management, coverage, and overflow; pace and optimize toward unit goals, KPIs, and margin caps • Respond to general and specialized requests using internal systems • Assist with pricing and RFP support, including pulling platform data and formatting materials • Support tracking and pixel implementation and troubleshoot social platform issues • Maintain internal process and best-practices documentation • Own reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc audits • Take and share notes for team meetings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal • 1 year of digital media experience; social media advertising experience preferred • Strong work ethic and discipline to work productively in a remote environment • Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps, such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs • Experience or familiarity with paid social platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, is a plus • Ability to work with little to no supervision • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Willing and able to work US time zone hours in support of the North America Social team
