• Dar soporte al gestor asignado mediante el uso de una aplicación interna • Crear avisos y realizar seguimiento de tareas pendientes • Apoyo en la gestión y correcto tratamiento de expedientes • Elaboración de presupuestos (para posterior tramitación por el gestor) • Gestión de correo electrónico • Realización de llamadas telefónicas cuando sea necesario • Apoyo en tareas administrativas generales de oficina
• Experiencia previa en funciones administrativas (mínimo 1 año) • Manejo sólido de herramientas de ofimática • Excel intermedio–avanzado (fórmulas, filtros, tablas) • Uso habitual de correo electrónico • Capacidad de trabajo autónomo, organización y seguimiento • Buena comunicación escrita y verbal • Excel avanzado (macros / VBA) • Power BI (intermedio - avanzado) • Manejo de bases de datos (Access, MySQL u otros) • Conocimientos básicos de programación web • Experiencia con software interno, ERP o herramientas de gestión
