📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for your territory, including short- and long-term objectives, market analyses, and strategic tactics to develop new business opportunities • Understand customer needs, respond to inquiries, and deliver exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and qualification of potential customers within your territory • Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities and effectively nurture leads throughout the sales cycle • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales background in selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end users • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth • Ability and motivation to work remotely and visit customers 3–4 days per week across the territory • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) • Fluent in German and strong proficiency in English
