📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Team: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Account Managers (AMs) • Drive key metrics: Ownership of metrics including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) • Optimize customer journeys: Refine onboarding, adoption, and expansion strategies • Champion the Voice of the Customer: Share insights to influence product development • Leverage data and tools: Use AI and CRM tools for account management

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer success or account management in a SaaS environment • Proven leadership managing teams with performance quotas • Customer-centric mindset and adaptability • Exceptional strategic relationship management skills • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
