📋 Description

• Acting as a trusted advisor to DACH senior leaders by supporting organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to drive key people projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives • Leading the establishment and collaboration with Employee Representation Forums and potential Works Councils, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and representing the company in negotiations, fostering transparent communication between employees, management, and representatives • Partnering with P&C Centers of Excellence to manage bi-annual reviews for performance, promotions, and compensation, whilst overseeing initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and legal compliance to maintain an exceptional employee experience • Ensuring full adherence to local labour laws, regulatory standards, and organizational risk management across the DACH region and guiding People Relations in addressing employee relations cases, grievances, and conflicts effectively and compliantly • Leveraging P&C data analytics to track trends, measure success, providing clear reporting on workforce trends, compliance metrics, and representation activities to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal) are essential. • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a significant focus on the DACH region • Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and regulations within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Demonstrable, hands-on expertise in developing, launching, and managing an ongoing relationship with Works Councils and Employee Representation Forums
