📋 Description

• Define, implement, and continuously improve methodologies, ceremonies, templates, and workflows for project execution at Easy • Build and maintain consolidated portfolio dashboards and reports featuring progress, risk, capacity, and value-delivered metrics to support leadership decision-making • Track initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables across the areas involved • Map, coordinate, and monitor technical and operational dependencies among teams, systems, and partners • Identify bottlenecks, priority conflicts, and deviations, leading cross-functional action plans through to resolution • Apply AI to automate reports, summarize status updates and meeting minutes, and generate predictive analyses of performance and risk • Support leadership in portfolio prioritization by highlighting trade-offs among demand, team capacity, and committed deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience establishing and leading a strategic PMO—not merely operating an existing PMO • Demonstrated experience managing highly complex portfolios, with dozens of concurrent workstreams and strong interdependencies among teams • Practical expertise in scaled agile, including experience with SAFe as well as Scrum and Kanban, with the judgment to adapt the framework to the business context • Practical use of AI tools for productivity, data analysis, and project management • Strong analytical profile, with the ability to translate data and technical bottlenecks into executive insights and decision recommendations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in high-pressure environments with multiple competing priorities • Self-sufficiency and the ability to influence teams without formal authority • Experience in telecommunications, digital products, or businesses with an operating model similar to Easy (preferred) • Certifications in scaled agile (SAFe Agilist, SAFe SPC) and/or project management (PMP, PMI-ACP) (preferred) • Experience configuring and administering enterprise portfolio management tools (Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Monday, among others) (preferred) • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or equivalent tools (preferred)
