At Decentraland, we are creating a virtual world that will grow beyond any centralized control. • Take ownership of large and complex features collaborating with other team members, ensuring the highest level of quality.
• Design, build code that's meticulously tailored for real-time rendering in a multiplayer environment, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for all users.
• Partner closely with our game engine team. Together, you will ideate, design, and roll out new features that elevate the experience for all metaverse clients.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the world client.

• Community Engagement: actively engage with the gaming developer community through Discord, forums and other communities. Encourage discussions, answer questions, and provide support. Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
• Technical Support: provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to gaming developers. Collaborate with the engineering to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of technical problems.
• Content Creation: create informative and engaging content such as FAQ, guides, and API documentation. Develop content that helps gaming developers understand and utilize the developer tools and resources.
