📋 Description

• Support the growth and development of event security processes and procedures • Conduct structured risk assessments for corporate events and high-visibility functions • Develop tailored, event-specific security plans aligned with organizational standards • Partner with event leads and cross-functional stakeholders on protective measures • Perform advance site assessments and walkthroughs • Execute the full event security lifecycle, including planning, vendor coordination, post-event documentation, and after-action reporting • Determine, procure, and oversee contract security resources • Lead on-site briefings for contract personnel • Direct contract security teams during events • Serve as on-site incident manager and respond to or escalate security incidents and emergencies

🎯 Requirements

• Flexibility to travel and support events outside standard business hours, as required • Relevant knowledge or skills pertaining to a law enforcement or security-related area • Current first-aid certification including CPR/AED • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to brief stakeholders and articulate risk clearly • Preferred: Experience conducting formal or structured risk assessments in law enforcement, corporate security, protective services, or operational risk environments • Preferred: Ability to translate threat and vulnerability analysis into practical, defensible security operations • Preferred: Experience supporting security operations for live events, executive functions, or other dynamic environments
