📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, secure microservices, and cloud-based platform components for high-performance AI applications • Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and seamless integration between AI solutions, enterprise systems, and cloud infrastructure • Design and develop scalable, resilient, and secure microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs • Build and maintain backend services supporting AI platforms and applications • Integrate business databases, third-party services, and internal legacy platforms with AI engines • Optimize backend performance, latency, and resource utilization for real-time AI inference and model hosting • Implement authentication, authorization (RBAC), and rate limiting • Establish and promote development best practices, clean code standards, and code quality processes • Create and maintain integration and automated tests • Conduct code reviews and support engineering quality initiatives • Collaborate with AI Engineers to deploy AI models and services in containerized environments • Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS and other cloud platforms • Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Backend Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related fields • Proven experience building scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise applications • Experience designing cloud-native architectures and distributed systems • Experience working in Agile software development environments • Strong programming skills in Python and Node.js • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services • Strong understanding of microservices architecture • Experience integrating applications with databases, enterprise systems, and external APIs • Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including RBAC • Knowledge of containerization technologies and Docker environments • Experience with development best practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, version control • Experience with Azure cloud services • Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or AI-powered applications • Experience working in Financial Services or Insurance environments • Familiarity with high-availability and high-performance distributed systems
